As the virus took hold of the country in the spring of 2020 I began investigating how the world was blooming investigating the contrast between synthetic and natural materials and their coexistence within the same space.

Using flowers from my bodega and building materials from the hardware store, this personal series is emerging around our ecological crisis and global sustainability. I’ll continue working on this project while we are in lockdown and sharing as I go.
