Personal Use Agreement *

1. Client (name listed above) shall not use any of Natalie Adams Design's final deliverables or project elements for the purposes of profit and/or under the name of a commercial business or entity, including but not limited to prohibiting use as a logo design, sellable artwork, or marketing element. 2. Client, upon making full payment, is granted personal usage of the final deliverables, including both rights to publish online and print without attribution. Client does not own the artwork, but is given unlimited rights for personal use. 3. Natalie Adams Design retains partial reproduction rights to use any final deliverables or project elements in the purpose of marketing one's business, portfolio, and future publications on design. 4. Rejection of the completed project or cancellation during its execution will result in forfeiture of deposit and the billing for all design labor or expenses to date. Given the rejection or cancellation of a project, all elements of the project must then be returned to the designer. Any usage by the client of those design elements is prohibited and will result in appropriate legal action. 5. Client shall bear all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees in any action brought to recover payment under this agreement or in which Natalie Adams Design may become a party by reason of this agreement.
